To promote and provide opportunities to enjoy meaningful leisure experiences with the provision of quality leadership, the development and maintenance of safe recreation facilities, the conservation and preservation of natural and open space and creative community programs which are all essential to the well being of our citizens and the positive quality of life in the Town of Alton.
