Coppola Medical Clinic – Wolfeboro’s New Health Care Option

Joseph P Coppola, DO of Coppola Medical Clinic offers the Wolfeboro area relief from rising healthcare costs and bureaucracy with personalized affordable quality care.

No insurance is needed or accepted!
Accessible same day appointments and house calls available
Bringing Hometown Friendly Services Back to the Community.

Appointments are longer and unhurried with no lines; no crowded waiting rooms; no pre-authorizations. Whether you require a one-time appointment for an illness or injury, or need a primary care physician, Coppola Medical Clinic has affordable choices and flexibility to meet your healthcare needs.

“At Coppola Medical Clinic our full attention is to provide medical care to patients at a level of care and availability no longer found in healthcare.

Fees are structured to the service needed to avoid wasting your healthcare dollars on inappropriate or overpriced services. A Comprehensive Continuity Care Packages is less than $15 per week and includes preventative medical exams, routine exams, and episodic care appointments for the entire year with some basic laboratory studies.

Episodic care visits for minor injuries and illnesses cost as little as $75 per visit which is often less than half of typical health insurance co-pay when seen in the emergency room for the same non-emergency conditions. Onsite services including blood testing, ECG’s, vaccinations and minor laceration repair are covered under a single fee. Patients may choose to keep their normal insurance and Medicare coverage to help with costs outside the practice like hospitalizations and specialty consults.

Coppola Medical Clinic will care for patients age 2 and up for “Episodic Care”(first aid)/Sick visits and 18 years and older for continuity internal medicine. Open M-F 9am to 5pm by appointment with house calls and same day appointments available. During Wolfeboro’s busy summer season, weekend hours will be available.

Coppola Medical Clinic at 71 North Main Street in Wolfeboro, NH  603.569.8015    www.coppolamedical.com

Meet the Staff of Cappola Medical Clinic:

Joseph P Coppola, DO:

Dr. Joseph Coppola received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1993 from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency in Erie, PA in 1996 where he served as Chief Resident. He became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1996 and recertified in 2006.
He served as Director of Medical Education and Assistant Director of the Internal Medicine Residency at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA from 1996-1998. In 1998 he moved to Sarasota, FL and practiced Internal Medicine privately until 2005, during this period, he also had over 6000 hours of emergency care experience, served as Medical Director of the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center Urgent Care Facility in Bradenton, FL and Medical Director of Heartland Outpatient Physical Therapy Services in Sarasota, FL.
Dr. Coppola returned to New England in 2006. He made several attempts to practice medicine as an employed physician with various large healthcare systems. Unable to provide the type of care and time to his patients under the typical American Healthcare bureaucracy, he opened Coppola Medical Clinic in October 2011.
He has given up all third party payer, hospital, and Administrative responsibilities to devote his full attention to the medical care of the patients in his practice. A strong emphasis has been placed on providing a level of care and availability no longer found in healthcare.
Dr. Coppola lives in Wolfeboro, NH with his wife Milly, and two children, Michael and Giovanna. They enjoy the great sense of community in Wolfeboro and everything the Lakes Region has to offer. The area has become the perfect place for his family and profession. He looks forward to nurturing the medical practice he always dreamed of offering personalized care of a bygone era.

Lisa Moody, MA

Lisa has been part of the medical profession for the past 32 years. She trained in Hagerstown, Maryland, and graduated as a RMA in 1980. Over her career, she has worked in hospitals as well as physician offices in such specialties as Internal Medicine, Surgery, OB/GYN, Cardiopulmonary and Family Medicine.
She moved to NH with her three daughters 12 years ago and they all came to love the way of life and beauty of the area. She enjoys boating, Fishing, her dogs, and especially spending time with her two grandchildren. She is an avid sports fan and lives and dies with the Patriots and Red Sox. After working with Dr. Coppola for two years and sharing the philosophy of patient care over patient volume, she was eager to join Coppola Medical Clinic as the full time nurse.

Milly Coppola, MA

Milly Coppola has worked in the medical field for 17 years. Trained at the J.H. Thompson Academy in Erie, PA, she became a Certified Medical Assistant in 1995. As a Medical Assistant she has broad experience in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine.
She enjoys her time with patients and being part of a team with the goal of providing quality care. She has also served as practice manager at Dr. Coppola’s medical practice in Sarasota, FL.
